South East Food Safety is a Food Safety Consultancy & Advisory Service operating since 2022 run by Elizabeth O’Loughlin.
Based in Cork Elizabeth provides a range of services for food manufacturing and storage facilities in the South East of the country and can provide assistance and advice to companies who have identified a need within their business.
Elizabeth has experienced in reviewing, consulting & advising on food safety systems and can provide a range of services tailored to your needs.

Elizabeth has worked as a BRC Lead Auditor against the Food, Storage and Distribution and Agents and Brokers standards since 2015 and also conducts second party audits against a number of customer standards.
Prior to this Elizabeth worked in Industry and where she gained practical hands on experience in food manufacturing, working with major retailers and food service customers in Ireland and the UK.
